How do you press flowers/plants using a microwave?

I just recently picked some plants and stuff, and I can%26#039;t wait to get them finished. I heard that you can do it by microwaving, but I don%26#039;t know how to.

I put my leaves and flowers and plants between several sheets of newspaper and then lay something heavy on top. Depending on how many sheets of flowers, you could use books to bricks. I have had very good results.
