Rose plants with no flowers?

rose plants with lots of leaves but no flowers, what is the problem?

Reply:Make sure u plant in a in full sun. Use good rose fertilizer.of the 3 no. on the pkg. make sure the middle no. is the highest-that the one to give more flowers=the last no. supports good roots- the first no. makes green leaves.
Reply:if incorect quantity water and mineral salts is not given then it will not give any flowers.
